No, it does not contain sugar. It contains sweeteners such as aspartame and acesulfame K.

2. What temperature of water should I use to dissolve?
The best temperature is lukewarm water. Cold water will slow down dissolution.

3. How much water should I use?
Dissolve each tablet in 200ml of water.

4. Is it suitable for vegetarians?
No, it contains fish collagen hence it is not suitable for vegetarians.

5. Does the tablet contain gluten or lactose?
No, it does not contain any gluten or lactose.

6. Why does it leave a bit of residue on the bottom of the glass?
Effervescent products contain carbonates. Hence, it is normal to have a bit of insoluble residues left.

7. Can I take more than one tablet per day?
Yes, you may take up to 2 tablets per day for better results.

8. Can I take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We would recommend you to consult with your healthcare practitioner before taking the product.

9. Will there be any rebound effect if I stop drinking after awhile?
